I will ship on the soonest Monday or Friday after receiving payment and send by USPS Priority Mail within the United States, unless you request otherwise. I double-box my pieces and use bubble-wrap, paper and foam to ensure they arrive safely, that's why your order may come in a larger box than you anticipate. I will insure purchases over $50. If you would like to insure smaller orders, let me know and I will recalculate the shipping price for you. Replacements for broken uninsured pieces granted on a case-by-case basis if you alert me within three days of receiving the item. Please note that every piece is created individually, and while I do my best to accurately represent them in my pictures, your piece may differ slightly in color or shape. Please note: I only ship to the address that is confirmed on your Paypal account. Please make sure the address confirmed on your Paypal account is the accurate address before buying - this is your responsibility! I need to ship to this address because of Paypal's policy regarding contested transactions. They will not cover either party's expenses should something happen to the item if the item has not been shipped to the address they have on file.
