Trimsies Policies
All of my items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Shipping: I love shipping packages. I will most likely get your package in the mail the next business day after payment. I try to live a very eco-friendly life and this includes shipping packages. If I have a box or generic (non-USPS) polymailer that is the right size and still in great condition, I'll reuse it. Delivery Confirmation is included in your shipping price. Please purchase the insurance option if you don't trust the mail system :)
Returns: I lovingly make each item I sell just as if I were making it for my own children. I truly hope you enjoy everything that you purchase from me. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email me (monique@trimsies.com) within 14 days after you've received your package. Once I receive the returned item back in it's original unused/unworn condition, I'll promptly refund your purchase price, minus shipping.
Warranty: I offer a 60-day guarantee from defects. I will do my best to fix any issues or exchange it for a new item if needed. For repairs and exchanges during the 60-day period, I will reimburse your shipping costs.
Pattern Sales: Due to the nature of patterns, Trimsies and Sew Me a Garden patterns may not be returned or exchanged. All pattern sales are final. |
