Cars From Papa accepts payment via PayPal. Once your order has been placed, payment is due within 1 hour or the order will be canceled and the item restocked. Upon check-out, you will be directed to pay by PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted via PayPal. Please note: We only accept payments in U.S. funds, however, international customers may order through the shopping cart and pay with PayPal.

SHIPPING TIMES

We strive to ship domestic orders within 1 business day of purchase, and within 3 days of purchase to international addresses. Cars from Papa ships worldwide.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs on Cars From Papa listings are generally for priority shipping (or sometimes first class, when noted) within the US and for international first class to Canada. Any additional shipping amount for other locations or for packages too heavy for first class to Canada will be invoiced after purchase. Shipping overpayments of $1 or more will be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with any Cars From Papa product, you may return it in new condition for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. When you return an item, please contact us explaining that the item is on its way and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be refunded your payment, minus the cost of shipping.

Any items returned to us that are not in new condition will be returned to you at your expense.

All Cars From Papa items sold as "seconds" are sold as-is and carry no guarantee.

EXCHANGES
&
REPAIRS

Cars From Papa has a 100-day guarantee on all product defects, provided the cars are treated with care in normal wear & tear conditions. Please contact us with a description of the defect prior to shipping the item, so we can discuss the best way to repair your item. Generally we will attempt to fix the item before exchanging it for a new product. If the defect is not repairable, we will issue an exchange (note that all CFP cars are unique and patterns are never used; you won't get a duplicate replacement but we will make a similar one).

If your car is damaged outside of normal wear & tear (gets stepped on, ran over, thrown, etc., or the dog ate it, as shown on the left) and/or needs repair outside of the 100-day guarantee timeframe, Cars From Papa will repair it for you at no charge. All we ask is that you pay for the shipping for your repair.
