Policies for Creations by Faith

Payment methods accepted:

USPS money orders are accepted at Creations by Faith. USPS money orders received will be verified at the USPS before items are shipped

Paypal **addresses must be verified, if your paypal address is unverified and you need to pay in this manner please email creationsbyfaith@gmail.com. prior to doing so.

**We do not money orders other them USPS money order, we do not except echecks or any type of check payments**

Shipping methods:

I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items shipped to one address, please email me for a total with combined shipping.

**If you would like your items shipped to an alternative address that can be done as long as certain restrictions are followed. You must change the address in your payment method, it must be to a confirmed address and you must electronically sign a document stating that you are requesting the address delivery change.

If this item is to an internet swap you must also email me the name of the swap host and swap location. For example: Jane Doe hosting the sister swap on the Sewing Mama’s internet group.

All items are shipped USPS with Delivery confirmation within the United States

Canadian & International customer’s items will be shipped through the United States Postal service and then taken over by your country's Mail system after leaving the USA.

All items are shipped within 48 hours of the payment method being verified with the exception of custom orders.

Insurance is recommended. If insurance is not purchased by the buyer we are not responsible for any damage that incurs after it leaves our shipping facility. If you have purchased insurance and damage occurs during shipping you must email me at once so that the proper agency can be contacted.

Custom Orders:

I adore creating custom orders! I have an extremely large number of embroidery designs and I am happy to work with you to create that special item to fit your needs.

All custom order items will be started with in 24 hours of all information for the order being decided upon by the customer. Barring unforeseen complications, all customs with be completed and shipped with in 7 days.

If you are having a custom order created a 20% non refundable deposit is required **with the exception if you are paying with USPS money order then payment will be made in full along with shipping costs before work will begin.

Example of deposit payment:

Item total with shipping $35.00, non refundable deposit required $7.00, total balance due at time of shipping $28.00

The deposit is Non Refundable, should (you) the customer decided before final payment is due to cancel the order, the deposit is Non Refundable.

Returns

Items will only be accepted as returns in the same condition they were shipped in, merchandise credit for item amount only. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. You must email me before shipping item back to Creations by Faith and all returns require delivery confirmation and insurance.

NO damaged items will be accepted as returns. Items are never shipped out damaged. Insurance is recommend as we are not responsible for someone else’s actions during shipping.

All items are packed with padding. First class shipping is shipped in a plastic type mailer bag. Priority Mail shipping is shipped in a USPS Priority cardboard box.

It is with great sadness that the following policy has had to be made

Fraudulent Buyers:

Unfortunately there has become a growing trend on the internet of buyers stealing from work at home crafters.

In regards to all theft methods, including but not limited to; fake USPS money orders, chargeback’s and other methods used by these types of buyers to reverse credit card payments through but not limited to vendors such as Paypal, Google checkout and REM, and all credit card vendors after the item has been received, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

We will report offender's to the USPS for mail theft and fraud

We will contact the offenders local police department in regards to theft

We will list your name and all transaction information on the internet at all appropriate sources

We will file small claims court actions to recover all expenses incurred.

If you are a known offender we will not accept orders nor ship items to you. We will reject orders from those individuals and parties that are already listed on the internet as known offenders.
