I highly recommend purchasing insurance on all items. They are no longer my responsibility once they leave my hands and are shipped to you. All sewing is guaranteed. If there is a flaw or problem with the item you purchased please contact me about the situation within a reasonable amount of time after purchase (2 weeks). All items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase, holidays and weekends not included. If, for some reason, I need to deviate from this I will contact you via email. All custom order items will be completed and shipped within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the listing or discussed on a case by case basis.
