Custom Orders: I am also accepting custom orders. Please contact me if you would like to place a custom order for an item that you don't see listed on the cart. I have an extensive fabric collection to choose from.
Payments: I accept PayPal. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. Items not paid for withing 24 hours will be relisted.
Shipping: Items are shipped to the address on your PayPal unless otherwise requested. For orders outside of Canada and the US, please contact me for shipping costs. Items will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.
Returns/Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receipt, please contact me. To receive a refund the item must be unwashed, unlanolized and unused/unworn and postmarked for return to me within 14 days of receipt. I will refund your payment through PayPal, minus the cost of shipping. Items returned that are not in their original condition will not be refunded.
Seconds are sold as-is. There are no refunds, warranty or exchanges on seconds.
Warranty Information: Snap Defects – 6 months. Elastic Defects – 60 days. Sewing/Workmanship Defects – 60 days. Diapers will not be replaced or refunded due to size related reasons, leaking, repelling or staining.
Clothing Items, including knitwear: Please review measurements carefully before ordering as refunds will not be given due to size related reasons.
