Returns on diapers are accepted if sold product is unused and unwashed. All returns must be made within 5 business days of receiving the said product. If said product is being returned for any reason than the buyer/returnee is eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, or an exchange for the same value. Store credit does not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will paid by the buyer even if using store credit. If said product is being returned for a defect ie a broken snap, the product will be fixed and resent at The Willow Grove's expense. Exchanges/ store credit must be used within 30 days of the credit being issued. After 30 days the credit is null and void. Please read the measurements of the diaper and measure your child before purchasing. This will save a lot of hassle later. Thanks! Missy @ The Willow Grove
