For sanitary/heath reasons we do not take back most products. We will be more than happy to try to take care of any problems that may come up. Depending on the nature of the problem/defect, we will repair or exchange your item. You only pay return shipping to us, we will pay to ship the new item back to you once we receive the damaged item. If you purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged, please retain all packing and pieces, and e-mail us photos if possible. We will work quickly with you and the USPS to get you your refund. I will ship all in stock items with in 2 business days after purchasing. Please allow up to two weeks for custom items to be ready for shipment. Washing Instructions Before washing make sure you get as much remnants off as possible unless it is EBF poo (it is water soluble) . Start your load on a cold rinse followed by a hot wash with a detergent made for cloth diapers or 1/3 of the amount you would use of a detergent that is safe for them. Then finish off with two more rinses. When drying use a low to no heat setting with no dryer sheets. However line drying will prolong the life of my products. Please make sure to wash and dry on the hottest settings before using my products that have p.u.l in them to make sure the holes from sewing are sealed. If you do not do that you run the risk of wicking/leaking. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. We can not help you if we do not know whats wrong.
