You will be contacted within 24 hours of your purchase so that I can get all the information I need to complete your custom order. I do not work on weekends or holidays, however, so please know this before making a weekend or holiday purcahse. I will contact you within 24 hours after the weekend/holiday. I will post on the site if I will be taking a vacation or having any downtime so that you will know to expect a longer time for contact during that time. Payment is always due prior to me starting any graphics or web design. Trades are sometimes accepted, but they have to be arranged and agreed upon by all parties in writing before any graphics are started. If you are interested in doing a trade, please contact me and we can discuss it. Please note: ALL trades are expected to be in the condition that you would sell in your store. No "seconds" are accepted as trade unless agreed upon beforehand. If I get the items and they are poor quality, I will return them and expect payment IN FULL from you for the services I did for you. I'm sorry to sound so harsh about this, but after receiving quite a few subpar items, I've had to put this in my policies. I am a customer during this trade and expect to get a quality item, just like any of your other customers. If you cannot create a quality item, then please don't do a trade. I reserve the right to hold a copy of any and all graphics and web design that I do. I can use these copies in my portfolio and use them on my site, in emails, in brochures and more. I will never give out email addresses of customers to any third party. You may be contacted from time to time from Gaea Graphics via a newsletter, but never any third party.
