However, I would encourage you to please let me know if there is some part of your order that is unsatisfactory. I am confident that with communication, we can work together toward an amicable end. Additional Information All items are made in a pet-free, smoke-free studio. I do, however, have a feline-friendly home, of which my studio is a part. If you have pet allergies, I recommend that you wash your items immediately upon receipt. I work with a great deal of wool and natural fibers. If you have allergies to any of these materials, I recommend that you wash your purchases immediately upon receipt.
