Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping on multiple purchases. Do not pay the paypal invoice until I send you a completed amount with the adjusted shipping.

Returns: You may return any item for a refund or exchange within 2 weeks of delivery. However, item must not be washed or used. If an item has been washed or used, a return is not possible.

All custom diapers are unreturnable. Custom diapers are made for your child`s measurements and cannot be transferred into a sale for another child. Again, all items must be unused and unwashed. All refunds will be made after personal inspection of the item.

Items that smell of detergents, perfumes, essential oils or other fragrances or with animal dander/hair on them will not be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all shipping back to The Threaded Branch. You will be offered an exchange from diapers available in stock at the store, or a refund if no acceptable exchange is found. Please make sure to try diapers/clothing on your baby before washing them.

Stitching: All diapers are made with care and attention. However, if for some reason you have stitching come loose or a problem with stitching. Please contact me. I will be happy to repair any stitching problems caused by me for up to 90 days after purchase.

INSURANCE IS ALWAYS SUGGESTED.
