PAYMENT: Payment is required immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not paid for promptly will be relisted.

SHIPPING: All instock items are shipped out within 3 days of payment. All first class shipping includes delivery confirmation. Insurance is recommended, but is not required. Shipping is nonrefundable. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as insurance is available.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: I strive to send out products of high quality materials and construction. I stand behind my workmanship! Items found to be defective can be returned for repair or replacement, at my discretion, within 10 days of receipt. You must e-mail me for approval before sending a return. I will not pay for return shipping in this instance (i.e. I will not pay for shipping for item sent back to me, but will CONSIDER free shipping back to you on a case by case scenerio).

REFUNDS: I do not give refunds. I will exchange instock items if they are unwashed and unused. Seconds are sold as is. I do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items. Washed or used items are non-returnable. Due to their nature unders, diapers and covers are not returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I accept international orders, however, the shipping will not be the same. Please contact me BEFORE placing an order, to insure proper shipping costs.
