Orders will be shipped within 2 business days with shipping confirmation. We are glad to ship internationally but be aware that shipping will be higher. Please contact us before paying to receive a shipping quote. We only list items that have been inspected and pass our rigorous standards. In the unlikely event there is a defect in our item we will issue a replacement item. Please be prepared to ship the item back to us. If upon our inspection we see that there is a problem we will refund the shipping expense you incurred by returning it. If you choose to return and item for a reason other than defect there will be a 15% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs. We strive to provide excellent service and products to our customers. If for some reason there is a problem with your order please let us know and give us a chance to correct it.
