Diaper Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Knowing that not all babies are the same shapes and sizes, you can return your unworn(except for being tried on)/unwashed diaper cover within 10 days with approval. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer, and if an exchange cannot be worked out, a refund will be issued once the product has been received by me. For return approval, please contact me by email. I am not a professional seamstress. I taught myself how to sew and work hard to make a diaper that is not only functional but also has an aesthetic appeal. There may be some minor imperfections that do not affect the quality of the diaper. These imperfections do not affect the functionality or quality of the diaper. I would never sell something that I would not buy myself.

Shipping and Payment

At this time HoneyBee Baby is only shipped to U.S. addresses. If you are an international customer, and really want to purchase, please contact me and we can try to work something out. Payment is required immediately when purchasing from the website and within 10 days after the auction ends through PayPal. Any products not paid for within 10 days will be restocked/relisted. At this time, I only accept PayPal (sorry, no checks or money orders). Paypal is free and easy to use. PayPal orders usually ship within 3 days of receipt, not including weekends/holidays. Custom orders please allow a 2 week turnaround time. I will contact you with details upon purchase.
