Payment- All items must be paid for within 24 hours of purchase. Any item not paid for within this time will be re-listed unless prior arrangements were made. Deposits- All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance +shipping is due within 7 days of completion of product. If balance remains unpaid after 7 days, the product will be re-listed and the initial deposit will be forfeited. Custom Orders- Payment for custom items is due prior to production and is non-refundable. Shipping- Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-7 business days after receiving payment. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. I will give you an estimated date for shipping when the order is placed. If a delay in shipping your item(s) is anticipated, the buyer will be notified in advance.
