Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. It is secure and easy to use. Click on the Paypal logo to te left to read all about it. Personal checks and money orders will also be accepted at my descretion. Items will be held until check clears before shipping.
Layaway
We are please to offer a layaway policy which make it possible for anyone to afford beautiful, quality, handcrafted gifts! 50% of the total price (including shipping) is due upon purchase with the remainder to be paid within 6 weeks. Goods will be shipped upon completion of payment. Layaway arrangements must be made prior to purchase. If payment agreement is not honored the item will be relisted and all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Shipping
Uninsured domestic (USA) shipping is included in the price of all SMSS purchases made through Necessitae. Instock items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. First class shipping is used for items weighing 13 oz. and under unless another method is requested. All other items will be shipped Priority. I am based in the USA. Please contact me for an international shipping quote. Optional insurance is recommended and available for purchase at checkout for domestic purchases. SMSS will not be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged or lost in the mail. Purchasing insurance will protect you from loss.
Exchanges & Returns
I always aim for my customer's complete delight with their purchases from start to finish. If you are unsatisfied in any way I want to hear about it and I will attempt to correct the situation. At this time I am not accepting returns or offering exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship or a misrepresentation in the listing. If there is a defect in workmanship you will be offered a repair, exchange, or refund at my descretion
