PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept checks, money orders, and Paypal. If you plan to pay using check or money order, make a note of it in the comments box when you place your order. Paypal payments are due no more than 24 hours after your order is placed. Checks and money order payments are expected to be received within 10 days of placing your order. Items cannot be shipped until full payment has been received. This means any payments by check or eCheck must have cleared and the funds are posted to my account. I will begin work on custom orders after payment is received and posted to my account.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICIES
My items are guaranteed against defects for 90 days. If there is a defect with your purchase within the 90 day time frame, send the item back and I will replace it at no cost to you. Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be given unless there is a defect that prevents the normal use of the item. Cloth mama pads are NOT returnable. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please let us know. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds. Please contact us for exchanges before mailing. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges can not be refunded.

My bath and body products are for external use only. Although my products are handmade using primarily organic and natural ingredients, the possibility of allergic reaction/skin sensitivity is not eliminated. If skin irritation develops, discontinue use. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. All international sales are FINAL. No exchanges, refunds, or credit may be given for International orders. These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
I try to ship within 3 business days unless noted in the product listing, but ask that you be understanding of the fact that I am a mom and have a family to care for too – sometimes things happen! I will always notify you if a delay beyond 10 business days will occur. If you are an International customer please do not ask me to claim your order as a gift! I cannot be dishonest.
