For instock items, payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase or the item will be relisted unless you have made previous arrangements with me. Shipping All instock items will ship to USA locations within 2 business days of receipt of payment. All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please contact me for international shipping information before purchase. Optional insurance is recommended and will always be available for purchase at checkout for domestic purchases. The Kestlyn Collection will not be held responsible for uninsured packages that are damaged or lost in the mail. Purchasing insurance will protect you from any loss. Returns: I will accept the return of any NEW, unworn and unwashed, condition items within 30 days of purchase. Upon my receipt of the items I will refund the initial purchase price minus any shipping cost. Shipping of these items is the responsibility of the Buyer. If a first quality product has a major defect please contact immediately. Every so often I may list items as 'seconds' at a lesser price for some minor errors (mostly minor stitching imperfections that may or may not affect the long term functionality of the product). Seconds are as is items and there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON "SECOND" ITEMS.
