Each hand-dyed skein is unique, even when they are dyed in lots. Please note that some variation in colors is normal and part of the beauty of hand-dyed yarns and fibers. I do my best to ensure that colors are accurate on my computer monitor, but my monitor may be calibrated differently than yours.

Returns/Exchanges

If you wish to return an in-stock item that you purchased, please contact me within seven days of receipt for an exchange or store credit, minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking charge. Yarn must be in its original condition, and cannot be wound or washed. Custom orders, yarn club orders, seconds, and sale items cannot be returned.

Items purchased in-person at a show may not be exchanged or returned after the end of the show.

I regret that I cannot reimburse return shipping costs except for items that have a defect.

Shipping

International packages ship on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for packages once they enter the mail system.
