SHIPPING

Please note that I am not responsible for items once they leave my possession! For this reason I ask that you purchase insurance on your items to protect them during the shipping process! Insurance may be purchased through separate insurance listings which can be found in the Odds and Ends section of my shop. For in stock items once payment is collected in full your items will be shipped out ASAP most likely on the next business day. For custom orders, your items will be shipped as soon as the custom has been completed and an email will be dispatched to you informing you of the shipment. Delivery confirmation numbers should be emailed to you directly once I process the shipment. If for some reason you do not get an email from paypal notifying you of the shipment you can contact me to obtain your DC number so you may track your shipment.

RETURNS

Returns are permitted for unused in stock items ONLY! I cannot accept yarn that has been knitted with then frogged or fiber that has been partially spun. When sending a return please first contact me with your reasons so I may try to help you and rectify the situation and or give you correct information on how to send in the return. A refund less the shipping cost will be issued as soon as the returned item has made it safely back to me. For this reason I suggest that you purchase insurance on your item when returning them to protect yourself. Luckily I have not had to deal with any returns at this time so these policies are just strict what if guidelines set up to protect myself and you as the customer. I will not and cannot accept the return of custom items! Customs take a large amount of time, effort, supplies and work to complete which cannot be returned. If for some reason you are not happy with your custom order please contact me and I will work with you to rectify the situation to both of our satisfaction.
