Enchantment Policies
Payment:
Both instant transfer and credit card payments through paypal are accepted. Payment must be received within 24 hours or the item may be re-listed.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional, but encouraged (Seller is not responsible for un-insured packages). Items will be mailed withing 3 business days unless the item is a custom. For custom order policies, please see the item's description for completion time and shipping date. International customers, please email for a shipping quote.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted on unworn, unused and unwashed items. The seller must be notified within 5 days of your receipt of the item of your intention to return. Returns must be received within 10 days of notification. Upon receiving the item, your purchase price will be refunded, less mailing costs, unless items is being returned for a defect.
