Payments
I accept all forms of Paypal as payment. Payment must be received within 48 hours of your purchase, or you forfeit the item and it will be restocked.

Please note that whem using an e-cheque, I can not ship until the e-cheque clears, and this can take an undetermined ammount of time. It all depends on Paypal and your Bank. I can not speed the process in any way.

Local customers - I am willing to work with you to arrange pick up or drop off (within my bus zone), as well as cash payments.

Returns
I will accept returns of items unworn, unwashed in-stock items in their original condition. Trying on is okay. You are to pay return shipping. You have up to one week of receipt to ask for a return. Return of the original purchase price (less shipping costs, usually $5.25) will be issued once I receive the item in it's original condition.

Measure your child carefully to ensure they will fit! I will not accept returns for sizing issues on instock items.

I am not responsible for the natural pooling or patterning that varigated yarns may take as it is knit up. This is not a defect, but part of the yarn's natural beauty.

 

Packaging & Shipping
I strongly believe in recycling packaging, and use it whenever I can. Your item may come in an inside out polymailer, or in a box with stamps from the past. The plastic bag your item comes in may have previously housed yarn, toys or a diaper I had ordered. Reduce, reuse, recycle! Less waste in our landfills means we get to enjoy our beautiful world longer.

All shipments are done via Canada Post small packets within 3 days of payment receipt, not including weekends and holidays. Insurance up to $100 is included, but delivery confirmation is not an option. If this is an issue, other arrangements can be made.
Once the product has left my hands, I can no longer be held responsible for it.

I know that shipping prices seem high, but trust that they are actual shipping charges from Canada, with about $0.15 added for my packaging costs.

 

 

By purchasing any of my items you agree that I, the maker of said items, am waived of any liability and no legal action can be taken. I work hard to make my products safe for children and believe 100% that they are so. My own children use these items. However, as with any toy or product, you are responsible for supervising your child while items are in use.
