the seller is ABOSULUTLELY REFUSING to work with me at all. So she took my money and i have nothing to show for it.

I mailed the items to the correct address on file through paypal. Buyer has even confirmed that was her correct mailing address. There is a delivery confirmation to her Road and zipcode. I cannot refund nor send an item that has been sent to it's correct address. No one is scamming the buyer. Seller is not responsible for items once they leave and are in the hands of usps especially when it has tracking information. You did not choose insurance for your package so that is a risk you were willing to take once it left with usps.
