When purchased:
| Oct 28, 2009 | | Item: | Rusty Hearts Soaker Pants (med) FFS 48 hr Drawing | | Customer service: | Great! | | Product review: | I really liked this soaker. My daughter has slightly sensitive skin and sometimes reacts to the pul on her other covers. This is a great alternative to our pul covers. It is also much cuter than some of the other basic fleece covers I've seen. The only downside was that you can only use it for one diaper and it was a little difficult to get over the diaper. I always paired it with my smallest trimmest diaper. | | 2010-02-05 12:03:58 |

When purchased:
| Jan 28, 2010 | | Item: | Electric Blue OS Cover | | Customer service: | | | Product review: | I like the new fit of your OS cover. I thought it would definitely be too small when I opened the package. My lo is 16 mos. 24lbs and already on the largest rise setting. I don't know how much it will stretch but it fits well. I will definitely get more. | | 2010-02-01 04:44:20 |

| Dec 2, 2009 | | Item: | FFS Drawing 48 hr "The Hulk" OS AI2 | | Customer service: | Fast shipping. Nice packaging. | | Product review: | AI2 dipe is beautiful! The fit is good, too. My daughter is 6 weeks old/9 lbs and the dipe fits her well on the folded down setting. | | 2009-12-05 12:31:06 |

When purchased:
| Oct 26, 2009 | | Item: | Custom Slot | | Customer service: | Gretchen's customer service was prompt and professional, although she gave no response when I indicated to her that the diaper was leaking in very little time.
We had some issues initially, that were promptly and courteously resolved. | | Product review: | The customer service is great...the product itself leaves a lot to be desired. My diapers are darling to LOOK at...functionality on the other hand, is non-existent. I don't know if this is a new product to Mac-a-doodle or not, but the OS (which is a fold-over NOT snap down) is difficult to fit properly as my son is too large for the complete fold down, and not quite large enough to leave it as is. Also, consistently after only one urination, oftentimes with in 20-30 min. of putting the diaper on, my son's clothes are wet. The moisture wicks right through EVERYTIME. It goes straight from the snap in soaker to the leg gussets and it's all over with. These diapers were a nice idea to cute-ify the boring PUL diaper, but the concept fails in application. | | 2009-11-10 08:51:33 | | Seller response: | Unfortunately, not all styles of diapers (i.e. fold down, snap down, etc) and all types of diapers (i.e. AIOs, AI2s, Fitteds, etc.) are suitable for all babies.
AI2s are normally meant for babies that "normal" wetters versus "heavy" wetters.
I strive to provide the best customer service and product to my abilities if there is a mistake and/or delay for any reason I let the customer know that as I did in this situation. Since there was a delay to this customer, she did receive a free diaper in the end. | | 2009-11-11 05:08:16 |
