This diaper was sent to me promptly, but for some unknown reason took a few weeks to arrive. I contacted Sheila by email 3 weeks after the end of the lottery and casually asked when she had sent it, and added that I knew that since I haddn't bought insurance that if it had gotten lost, it was on my head not her's. She was however very concerned that I haddn't yet received it. So she sent me another fitted diaper for free! She mailed it along with another purchase I had made, so no cost for shipping for me, and she also included a hand written note saying she hoped the ffs diaper would arrive soon, and gave me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase in her store! | | Product review: | This diaper is soft and pretty and absorbant and trim, everything I want in a diaper.
