I had the bag personalized and it said there would be a 3 day wait. However, it was almost a week until my shipping label was printed, and then another week and a half until the item arrived. I suspect the item wasn't actually shipped until I emailed her after almost 2 weeks, to see if it was in the mail. Suddenly the DC# upated frequently and my item was in my hands 3 days later. That quite upset me.
However, when I emailed Rhonda about my problems with the item (after received), she offered me a full refund, refunded me and also sent me a new product a few days later. She went above and beyond to make up for the situation and I appreciate that. However, after all the issues, I don't think I would buy from her again - especially since I have come to find that I am not the first, nor the last to have issues with her. | | Product review: | The initial I Spy bag I got was very flawed. It looked like the tension was off on her machine, and there was a lot of looping in the stitching and the embroidery. The personalization embroidery wasn't the best either. I was concerned about the bag possibly coming apart after use, and this was a gift intended for a 3 year old so I contacted Rhonda and asked for a refund.
