communication regarding delays was lacking; i initiated contact 2 times directly and a 3rd time via the congo contact. the booties were made larger to account for growth at that point which i appreciate. however, i bought newborn size because i wanted him to wear them at that time and would not have bid had i of known the turn around would be over 8 weeks. this was very frustrating to have to follow up on repeatedly while at the end of my pregnancy and then trying to stay on top of it with a newborn. i understand delays happen, but the lack of communication is definitely not ok.

Shipping was delayed by three weeks with no communication from the seller. In fact, the item was not shipped until I emailed her inquiring about my item. Even then the seller was very vague saying that it was shipped a little late because "life got crazy" but never actually informed me that it was just shipped that day.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dress. It is GORGEOUS!!! Incredible craftsmanship and design. This dress belongs in a high end boutique costing triple the price that I paid on HC. We love it and will get lots of use from it's convertible style for years to come.
