She shipped my carrier right away and even offered additional help if I needed help figuring out how to use it with my toddler. | | Product review: | This is the most beautifully sewn baby carrier I have ever seen! The design and fabric combination is gorgeous and the stitching is impeccable. I started using it as soon as it arrived, and am impressed by how comfortably it allows me to carry my 30 pound toddler! The straps have fantastic padding which makes them super comfortable, and I am impressed by the details Vanessa puts into her carriers, such as the matching fabric sewn at the end of the straps for accent.
