Melinda first said they'd be shipped the last week in August. I didn't hear anything from her for weeks, so I finally emailed in October. She explained she'd had problems with her wool order but that she'd finish the dryer balls ASAP. I waited another 2 weeks, then emailed again. I waited another 2 weeks, and emailed yet again, this time asking for my money back. She responded right away and said the balls were finished and that she'd mailed them Priority Mail. That was Nov 20 and I still haven't received them.
