Hi, I am Debbie, the owner of Beach Plum Kids. We are a family-run business – my husband handles the website design and maintenance and any other technical issues, and our three children serve various roles from design input to modeling to marketing (they have been known to hand out business cards to their friends, teachers, or anyone who will take one). We live on beautiful Cape Cod in Massachusetts.

I have been sewing for over 30 years. Although I have done a variety of sewing from quilting to home decorating to toy making, in the last few years, I have discovered a passion for designing and sewing children's clothing. I love to create clothes and accessories that are functional and comfortable for kids to wear. And, they have to be durable and easy for moms and dads to take care of too, so I only use quality fabrics. I strive to create unique, one-of-a-kind items that children will love to wear.
