Welcome to Hillcountry Dollmaker. I'm Joyce - a homeschooling mother of 4 and I started making dolls for my children 16 years ago because I wanted an alternative to mass produced toys. Now I love to make them for other children (and adults) and hope they are a blessing and a friend like they are to my own children. Each of my dolls is handmade by me, and sometimes with a little help from my children. I use pure wool stuffing and quality natural materials so that each doll or animal is unique and lovable for a very long time.
