Thornbush Pens is the husband and wife team of Leonard and Elizabeth Smith. A love of woodworking and creating all things beautiful has led to the formation and development of our home business.

No trees were harvested for the purpose of making our hand turned items. In many instances we use the prunes of young trees, sprouts from the trunks of old trees, or already milled lumber. At Thornbush Pens we try to minimize our impact on the environment by using many materials that are renewable resources. We also make pens and gifts from a variety of materials other than wood, such as acrylic, deer antler, and recycled newsprint. Our products are polished to a very fine finish so that they are extremely smooth to the touch. Each and every one of our hand turned items are crafted to be of the highest quality so that they will last more than a lifetime!
