I was born into a large family in Germany. Art and hand crafted things have been a part of my life from day one. I loved being a child, playing with dolls and imagining stories (sometimes a little too much). Childhood can be such a wonderful time! With childhood changing today for every child it is even more important to bring meaningful toys into their lives.

I made many of my children's toys, but when they were too old and lost interest in playing with handmade toys, I created WoolCreations. I wanted to bring my WoolCreations to children all around the world. The love of working with my hands and creating wholesome toys has been such a rewarding journey.

Having raised 3 children I now am blessed with 3 grandchildren, the oldest being 3.5 years old and the youngest was born 2 months ago.

I feel honored to be working along side all these wonderful and talented artists at Universal Mama.
