We accept funded Paypal,MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal.
SHIPPING:
All orders include delivery confirmation numbers. We ship orders via USPS. We ship in stock items within 1 week, but custom orders will be handled on an individual basis.
Items paid for with an E-check will not be shipped until the e-check has cleared. Insurance is optional but recommended, we are not responsible once items are in the care of USPS. Make sure your paypal address is correct, we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses, we will only be responsible for the address sent to us thru paypal if insurance has been purchased.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the products we sell.This guarantees our customers that they are only buying New/Unused products, not returns that perhaps have been used.
We are not responsible for problems due to improper care or abuse (Using bleach, or stretching the diaper right out of the dryer, etc...) All our diapers are sewn by hand by our owners.Any slight variations in each diaper will not affect the intended size or function but slight imperfections may exist.
Customs
We take custom orders as we believe all our customers should get what they love. We will do our best to try and accommodate you. Custom orders can take longer depending on how many customs we have. We complete diapers in the order that they are received. You will receive an estimated shipping time. Custom orders take up to 4 weeks to complete after we receive all necessary information from you.
